Henrique Da Silva, our new assistant general manager, is a familiar face (and voice) to our regulars, as he has been working with us as a reception manager since joining Arlington shortly after its reopening.
He came to us from Colbert, where he began his hospitality career in 2015 as a waiter. Now, in his new role at Arlington, he looks after guests and team members alike, ensuring that we continue to run like a well-oiled machine.
A resident of Battersea, he spends his free time playing football. When he’s dining at Arlington, he usually goes for a Lobster Soufflé and Tom Collins. Henrique also loves visiting other restaurants, “like all of us in the industry,” he says. “For personal growth, as well as many other things.” A keen traveller, his next adventure will take him to Zanzibar. “The boys will say I’m always travelling,” he says with a smile. A man after our own hearts.
