May was a lively month for Arlington’s literati. We read and discussed Wild Dark Shore by Charlotte McConaghy, and while we didn’t know quite what to make of its gratuitous plotlines and troubled characters, we all enjoyed ourselves. Charming company, martinis, and a king’s ransom of oysters may have contributed to all that.
