Paul has always had a love for hospitality, growing up in and around his family’s four restaurants in New York in the 1990s. His career has developed in and around the Caprice Holdings / Corbin & King stables, with management stints at The Wolseley, Scott’s and J Sheekey. He has also worked with Rick Stein and latterly at 45 Jermyn Street.
